1) What exactly do I receive?
You’ll receive a digital audio file (typically MP3 and/or WAV, depending on the package). Some orders may include additional versions if you selected add-ons (e.g., special delivery options). Delivery is made by email and/or a download link.

3) Do I need to fill in every field?
No. Most fields are optional—add as much detail as you want. The more context you provide, the more personal and accurate the result will feel.
4) Can I request a specific artist or copy a known song?
We can match a general style/vibe, but we don’t recreate copyrighted songs or imitate a specific artist’s voice/identity. Your song will be original.
5) What if I want the song to include a specific phrase?
You can select the Custom phrase/verse add-on and optionally type the phrase you want included. We’ll integrate it naturally into the lyrics.
6) What does “Include the name” mean?
If you choose Include the name, we’ll incorporate the person’s name in the song lyrics in a natural way (for example within the hook or a verse). If you don’t select it, we may still use general references instead of a direct name.
7) Can I keep my song private?
Yes—select the Confidentiality add-on. If confidentiality is selected, we do not publish your track or any identifiable details in our portfolio or marketing.
8) How long does delivery take?
Delivery depends on the option you select at checkout:

Timelines start after payment is confirmed and we have all necessary details.
9) Can I get it delivered to a different email than my checkout email?
Yes—if you provide a delivery email in the order details, we’ll use that. Otherwise, we deliver to the email used at checkout.
10) Do you offer revisions?
Depending on the package and the specifics of your request, we may offer minor reasonable adjustments (e.g., small lyric tweaks). Major changes or full reworks may require an additional fee.
11) Can I cancel or get a refund?
Because your track is custom-made, refunds are limited:

Once production has started, the order is generally non-refundable.
If there’s a technical issue (wrong file, broken link), we fix it.
12) Can I use the song commercially (Spotify/YouTube monetization/ads)?
By default, orders are for personal use (gifts, personal sharing). If you want commercial use (releasing on streaming platforms, monetization, ads, brand usage), contact us before ordering so we can discuss a proper license.
13) What file format do you deliver?
Usually MP3 and/or WAV depending on the package. If you need a specific format, mention it in the description.
14) What if I don’t know what style to pick?
No worries—choose “Surprise / you decide” (if available) or write a short description of the vibe you want (romantic, funny, emotional, party). We’ll pick a style that fits.
